This paper explores the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors and Digital Transformation (DT) in healthcare systems to achieve sustainable finance. The healthcare sector, which accounts for about 10% of the global economy, faces significant challenges such as environmental issues, public health crises, and financial crises. To address these challenges, the paper proposes a mutual and combined implementation strategy of ESG and DT factors, using common evaluation tools and methods. The study reviews existing literature to identify the current ESG and DT factors in healthcare and their impact on sustainability. It also proposes a methodology for a holistic ESG and DT model, including steps for implementation, evaluation, measurement, and reporting. The paper highlights the importance of integrating ESG and DT in healthcare to enhance sustainability, resilience, and efficiency, while providing sustainable development goals and digital transformation to healthcare users. The findings suggest that a unified approach to ESG and DT can improve the sector's performance and attract more investors and funds. The paper concludes with recommendations for healthcare providers to adopt sustainable practices and highlights the need for further research to validate the proposed KPIs and develop an integrated module for ESG and DT in healthcare systems. This paper explores the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors and Digital Transformation (DT) in healthcare systems to achieve sustainable finance.
