This paper explores the relationship between Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) and the Quantum Financial System (QFS), analyzing their impact on traditional monetary instruments and financial systems. The study provides a comparative analysis of these two emerging financial paradigms, examining their development, implementation, regulatory frameworks, technological infrastructure, and implications for monetary policy, economic stability, and financial inclusion. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses, including structured interviews with experts, empirical data, and econometric modeling. The econometric model used in this study investigates the relationship between CBDC adoption rates and traditional interest rates, revealing a statistically significant positive correlation. The results indicate that a one-unit increase in the traditional interest rate is associated with a 1.74% increase in CBDC adoption rates. The study also highlights the potential challenges and opportunities associated with the integration of CBDC and QFS into existing financial systems, emphasizing the need for robust regulatory frameworks, technological infrastructure, and security measures. The findings contribute to the ongoing discourse on the digital transformation of the financial sector, offering insights into the potential impacts of CBDC and QFS on monetary policy, financial stability, and economic growth. The research underscores the importance of strategic interest rate adjustments to influence CBDC adoption and align with broader economic objectives. The study also addresses the security and privacy concerns associated with CBDC and QFS, emphasizing the need for measures to safeguard user data and ensure the integrity of digital financial systems. Overall, the research provides a comprehensive understanding of the evolving digital financial landscape, offering valuable insights for policymakers, financial institutions, and scholars. This paper explores the relationship between Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) and the Quantum Financial System (QFS), analyzing their impact on traditional monetary instruments and financial systems.
