This research explores the complex interplay between supply chain resilience (SCR), digital supply chain (DSC), and sustainability, with a focus on the moderating influence of supply chain dynamism. The study aims to understand how these elements interact within contemporary supply chain management and their collective impact on enhancing sustainability outcomes. Using a sample of 300 CEOs and managers, the research employs quantitative methods, including structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze the direct and indirect effects of SCR and DSC on sustainability. The findings generally support a positive relationship between SCR and sustainability, highlighting the need for more resilient supply networks. Digital technologies are found to promote sustainability by enhancing environmental control and efficiency in supply chains. Additionally, supply chain dynamism is shown to compound the positive relationship between SCR and DSC and sustainability. The study provides fresh insights into the multifaceted nature of supply chain management and sustainability practices, enhancing theoretical understanding and offering practical guidance for organizations aiming to improve sustainability performance through resilient and digitally advanced supply chains. The research emphasizes the importance of aligning supply chain strategies with sustainability goals to drive long-term value and societal impact. This research explores the complex interplay between supply chain resilience (SCR), digital supply chain (DSC), and sustainability, with a focus on the moderating influence of supply chain dynamism.
