This study explores the factors influencing entrepreneurial intentions in healthcare organizations, focusing on entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial mindset, and technological knowledge. The research employs a moderated mediation model, incorporating innovative work behavior and entrepreneurial motivation as mediating and moderating variables. Data were collected from 529 employees in healthcare organizations across four major cities in Pakistan using a quantitative method. The findings indicate that entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial mindset, and technological knowledge positively and significantly affect entrepreneurial intention. Innovative work behavior significantly mediates the relationships between entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial mindset, and technological knowledge and entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial motivation moderates the relationship between innovative work behavior and entrepreneurial intention, with higher motivation strengthening the positive impact of innovative work behavior on entrepreneurial intention. The study highlights the importance of entrepreneurial education, traits, and characteristics in accelerating business activities in the healthcare industry, providing valuable insights for managers and practitioners to enhance innovation and entrepreneurial intentions. This study explores the factors influencing entrepreneurial intentions in healthcare organizations, focusing on entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial mindset, and technological knowledge.
