This study investigates the multifaceted influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on community development, focusing on healthcare, education, environmental sustainability, and community empowerment. A mixed-methods approach was used, involving 120 participants from diverse backgrounds, with data analyzed using Likert scales and regression techniques. The findings indicate a positive perception of AI across various domains, particularly in healthcare, education, and environmental sustainability. The integration of qualitative narratives enriched the research, providing depth and context to the statistical analysis. The study's novelty lies in its comprehensive examination of AI's impact on community development, blending quantitative and qualitative dimensions. It emphasizes the importance of responsible AI deployment aligned with community values to promote sustainable development. The research highlights the transformative potential of AI in addressing societal challenges and underscores the need for ethical considerations in AI applications. The study also advocates for interdisciplinary collaboration and policy development to ensure equitable and responsible AI use. Recommendations include enhanced training programs, interdisciplinary collaboration, continuous dialogue, and community engagement in AI initiatives. Future research should explore long-term societal impacts, comparative analyses, and ethical considerations in AI applications for community development.
