This study examines the global impacts of climate change, focusing on its adverse effects on various sectors such as agriculture, biodiversity, health, and tourism. Climate change, characterized by rising temperatures and changing precipitation patterns, poses significant threats to these sectors. The agricultural sector is particularly vulnerable, with irreversible weather fluctuations threatening food production and supply chains. Climate change also accelerates biodiversity loss by altering ecosystem structures and shifting temperature ranges for many species. Additionally, it increases the risk of food and waterborne diseases, vector-borne diseases, and antimicrobial resistance, which pose serious health threats. The tourism industry is also affected, as climate changes impact the feasibility of tourist destinations. The review highlights the need for government involvement and international cooperation to address these challenges through mitigation and adaptation measures. The study uses secondary data and a systematic literature review approach to analyze the economic, social, and environmental implications of climate change and proposes practical solutions to mitigate its impacts. This study examines the global impacts of climate change, focusing on its adverse effects on various sectors such as agriculture, biodiversity, health, and tourism.
