This research explores the impact of using learning media on the academic achievement of second-grade students in elementary schools. The study, conducted at SDN Karanganyar Gunung 02 in Semarang, Indonesia, employs a qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the use of learning media effectively enhances students' understanding and academic performance. The research highlights the importance of implementing learning media in basic education and provides insights into its potential to improve overall learning quality at the elementary level. Key media used include PowerPoint, videos, and images, which are chosen based on the material and learning styles of the students. Students generally respond positively to these media, finding them more engaging and helpful in understanding complex concepts. However, challenges such as developing suitable learning materials and maintaining technological equipment are noted. The study recommends increasing funding for educational infrastructure and teacher training to support the effective use of learning media, thereby enhancing student learning outcomes. This research explores the impact of using learning media on the academic achievement of second-grade students in elementary schools.
