Effective interpersonal relationships are crucial in both personal and professional life, enhancing quality of life and achieving success. This research aims to analyze effective communication strategies for building such relationships. Using a qualitative research method, the study employs literature review as the data collection technique. Data is analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that effective communication strategies can help individuals build strong interpersonal relationships. Key strategies include open and honest communication, empathetic communication, active communication, and positive communication.
The study emphasizes the importance of effective communication in fostering mutual understanding, accurate interpretation, and appropriate actions.
