This study aims to analyze effective communication strategies in building interpersonal relationships using a qualitative research method. Data was collected through literature studies and analyzed in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that effective communication strategies help individuals build strong interpersonal relationships. These strategies include open and honest communication, empathetic communication, active communication, and positive communication. Interpersonal relationships are essential for successful communication, as they foster understanding, accurate interpretation, and appropriate actions.
