This article explores the integration of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with blockchain technology in the context of smart cities. UAVs, which can perform tasks typically requiring human drivers, are increasingly being used for various applications such as data gathering, traffic management, and emergency response. The study examines the benefits and drawbacks of deploying UAVs in smart cities, including their potential to enhance urban management and services. It also discusses the challenges associated with UAVs, such as limited flight time, payload capacity, and communication issues in urban environments. To address these challenges, the article proposes the use of blockchain technology, which can provide secure and decentralized solutions for data storage, communication, and supply chain management. Blockchain can enhance the security and privacy of UAV data, ensure reliable communication channels, and facilitate efficient inventory management. The article concludes by highlighting the potential of combining UAVs and blockchain to improve the efficiency and safety of smart city operations. This article explores the integration of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with blockchain technology in the context of smart cities.
