This research explores the concept and strategies for empowering the people's economy through the management of the Al-Falah Sragen Mosque from the Maqasid Sharia perspective. The study uses qualitative methods with descriptive, sociological, and normative approaches. The research was conducted at the Al-Falah Mosque in Sragen, Central Java, Indonesia, which is the second pilot mosque after the Jogokariyan Mosque in Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques included direct interviews with mosque sources, observation, and documentation. The study found that the economic empowerment of the people around the Al-Falah Mosque has several appropriate management strategies, including a clear vision and mission, neat mosque management, solid Ta'mir organization, and integrated MSME development. These strategies contribute to the prosperity and benefit of the Indonesian Muslim community, particularly the community around the Al-Falah Mosque in Sragen. The economic empowerment activities of the Al-Falah Mosque include religious studies, Quran reading, Tahsin qiro'ah, Dhikr together, food distribution, and incidental training, which help the mosque's breadwinner community grow. From a Sharia perspective, all economic empowerment activities are based on the Maqasid Sharia, which aims to safeguard religion, property, soul, lineage, and honor. The research also analyzed the Maqasid Sharia approach to the mosque's economic empowerment activities, showing that they align with the principles of religious and property protection. The study concludes that the Al-Falah Mosque has effective management strategies that contribute to the economic empowerment of the community and the prosperity of the mosque. The study suggests that mosque managers should continue to promote good practices and disseminate knowledge of mosque management to all Muslims. Additionally, further research on mosque management and Maqasid Sharia is recommended to maximize the benefits for Muslims in Indonesia. This research explores the concept and strategies for empowering the people's economy through the management of the Al-Falah Sragen Mosque from the Maqasid Sharia perspective.
