A mentoring program was conducted to help 284 Indonesian Pharmacy Diploma students prepare for the 2024 Ujian Kompetensi Mahasiswa Diploma Farmasi Indonesia (UKMDFI) exam. The program, organized online via Zoom by Neuroacademy, included theoretical reinforcement, discussions, practice questions, and simulation exams. The goal was to strengthen students' understanding of pharmacy materials and ensure they were well-prepared for the competency exam. The program ran from September 2023 to July 2024, with two sessions per month. The activities included introducing key pharmacy topics, reviewing difficult concepts, discussing strategies to avoid exam failure, providing practice questions, and conducting simulation exams. Participants also received feedback on their performance to improve weaknesses. The program was supported by lecturers acting as resource persons and institutions like Neuroacademy and IKMADIFARI. The results showed a positive response and enthusiasm from the participants, who benefited from the structured preparation. The program aimed to ensure students could pass the exam and practice professionally, with a focus on knowledge, technical skills, pharmacy management, and adherence to standards. The initiative was successful in enhancing students' readiness for the exam and contributing to their professional development.A mentoring program was conducted to help 284 Indonesian Pharmacy Diploma students prepare for the 2024 Ujian Kompetensi Mahasiswa Diploma Farmasi Indonesia (UKMDFI) exam.
