This study proposes and graphically explains the positive correlation and influence of students' overall satisfaction with the perceived value during their educational experience in Bogotá D.C. universities, considering co-creation behaviors as a mediator. Specifically, it focuses on processes such as dialogue, knowledge transfer, and other interactions aimed at organizational learning, as well as resource renewal and creation. These processes contribute to mutual benefit when involved parties combine their resources based on their capabilities, needs, and expectations (Moreno & Calderón, 2016). To achieve this objective, literature was reviewed, and necessary items were obtained and adjusted, modified in wording to be relevant and applicable for a sample of 863 university students in Bogotá D.C. This allowed the development and application of an instrument containing measurement scales for each studied construct. The results were processed in SPSS using the PROCESS Procedure for SPSS written by Andrew F. Hayes (2013), through four regression processes, confirming the positive relationship between the constructs. Therefore, starting from any level of student overall satisfaction, it is possible to form or increase the perceived value by generating co-creation processes that act as a mediator in this relationship.
