In the corrigendum for the article "Cycling hypoxia and free radicals regulate angiogenesis and radiotherapy response" by Mark W. Dewhirst, Yiting Cao, and Benjamin Moeller, published in *Nature Reviews Cancer* (2008), several references are corrected and added to enhance the accuracy of the text. Specifically, the first paragraph of the first column should cite additional articles by Ivan et al. (2001) and Maxwell et al. (1999) to discuss the regulation of HIF1α by prolyl hydroxylation. The reference list on page 434 should include both articles, and the descriptions for references 10 and 11 should be updated to reflect the contributions of Ivan et al. and Maxwell et al., respectively. In the corrigendum for the article "Cycling hypoxia and free radicals regulate angiogenesis and radiotherapy response" by Mark W.
