This paper discusses the digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia, focusing on the importance of financial record-keeping and the role of technology in enhancing this process. The study highlights the need for UMKM owners to adopt digital accounting tools to improve their financial management and decision-making capabilities. A community service program was conducted on May 17, 2023, in Srengseng, Jakarta, to train UMKM entrepreneurs on using the "Akuntansi UKM" application for simple bookkeeping. The training aimed to enhance the financial literacy and operational efficiency of UMKM owners. The results showed that the application effectively facilitated financial record-keeping, and participants expressed enthusiasm and appreciation for the training. The paper also emphasizes the significance of digital economy and the potential of technology in supporting UMKM growth, particularly in the context of the new economy era.
