This study focuses on the digitalization of small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia, aiming to improve financial management through digital tools. The research was conducted in Srengseng Sub-district, Jakarta Barat, on May 17, 2023, involving 31 UMKM entrepreneurs and 10 faculty members from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mercu Buana University. The activity aimed to provide training on simple bookkeeping using the "Akuntansi UKM" application, which is designed for small and medium enterprises. The training was conducted online, with a focus on socialization and assistance to UMKM entrepreneurs. The results showed that the training was successful and helped improve the financial management skills of UMKM entrepreneurs. The application offers various features, including daily journal entries, quick journal entries, correction journals, general ledgers, balance sheets, income statements, and period reports. The study also highlights the importance of digitalization in improving the financial transparency and decision-making capabilities of UMKM. The research emphasizes the need for UMKM to adopt digital tools for better financial management and to meet the requirements for bank loans.
