Key findings include: 1. **Relevance and Importance**: 75% of studies emphasize the relevance and importance of ChatGPT and generative AI tools in higher education. 2. **Challenges**: Significant challenges identified include pedagogical integration (31.25%), student engagement (15.63%), and content creation efficiency (25.00%). 3. **Opportunities**: ChatGPT offers enhanced personalized learning (21.88%), improved collaborative learning (15.63%), and efficient content creation and delivery (25.00%). 4. **Adaptability**: The tool is adaptable to diverse student needs and fosters collaborative environments. 5. **Policy Implications**: Educational institutions should integrate AI into curriculum design, provide continuous professional development for educators, and develop ethical guidelines for AI use. 6. **Future Directions**: Future research should focus on symbiotic integration, where AI complements human educators to promote inclusive, dynamic learning.
