Epilepsy Web is a website developed to serve as a reference tool for medical students in pediatrics, compiling educational content according to the syllabus of the Medicine course. The study was conducted at the University of Medical Sciences of Granma from February 2023 to July 2023. The website was created using HTML and CSS, and includes sections such as General Terms, Clinical Features, Complementary Tests, Comprehensive Management, Self-assessment, and Gallery. It also features interactive exercises, videos, and podcasts. The website was tested with 98 medical students and evaluated by five informatics experts and ten pediatricians. The results showed that 100% of the experts and 98% of the users rated the website as very adequate. The website is designed to be responsive, adapting to different screen sizes, and includes a single-page layout for easy navigation. The study concludes that the website is a useful tool for medical students, providing a didactic resource that enhances their understanding of epilepsy in pediatrics. The website was developed as a learning object, contributing to the improvement of medical education through technological innovation. The authors suggest that universities should continue to invest in the creation of such tools to enhance the learning experience of students. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Manzanillo and the Hermanos Cordové Provincial Pediatric Hospital. No funding sources were received, and no conflicts of interest were declared. All authors contributed to the conceptualization, data curation, formal analysis, acquisition of funds, research, methodology, project administration, resources, software, supervision, validation, visualization, original drafting and editing, and writing-revision and editing of the study.Epilepsy Web is a website developed to serve as a reference tool for medical students in pediatrics, compiling educational content according to the syllabus of the Medicine course.
