This research explores sustainable healthcare innovations in health economics, social policy, and management. A survey of 2000 healthcare professionals and policymakers was conducted to identify key challenges and areas for sustainable solutions. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to develop a comprehensive sustainable healthcare model. The findings indicate that the healthcare sector faces three major challenges: rising costs, increased demand, and the need for sustainability. Sustainable innovations are most needed in management, social policy, and health economics. These areas significantly impact the long-term sustainability of the healthcare system. The study highlights the importance of sustainable practices in ensuring healthcare accessibility and affordability for all. Collaboration among healthcare providers, policymakers, and other stakeholders is essential for developing creative solutions that support sustainability. The research provides a framework for sustainable healthcare that can guide future research and policy development. Sustainable healthcare innovations include telemedicine, digital health technologies, renewable energy, and sustainable supply chains. These innovations aim to improve healthcare quality, reduce costs, and address health inequities. The study also emphasizes the role of social policies in promoting health equity and the importance of interdisciplinary approaches in healthcare. The findings suggest that sustainable healthcare innovations can transform the healthcare system by improving quality, efficiency, justice, and sustainability. The research underscores the need for a rights-based approach that prioritizes people's well-being to achieve sustainable development goals. This research explores sustainable healthcare innovations in health economics, social policy, and management.
