The healthcare sector faces significant challenges, including rising costs, increasing demand, and the need for sustainability. This research explores the cutting-edge of healthcare, focusing on long-term advancements in management, social policy, and health economics. A survey of 2000 healthcare professionals and policymakers was conducted to understand the problems affecting the sector and identify areas where sustainable solutions are most needed. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM), and a comprehensive sustainable healthcare model was developed. The findings indicate that the healthcare sector faces three major challenges: growing prices, increased demand, and the need for sustainability. Sustainable innovations are most required in management, social policy, and health economics. These conclusions are supported by SEM analysis, which shows that sustainable practices in these fields significantly impact the sustainability of the healthcare system. The study concludes that to ensure accessibility and affordability of healthcare for all, a shift towards sustainable practices in health economics, social policy, and management is necessary. Cooperation between healthcare providers, policymakers, and other stakeholders is essential to create creative solutions that support sustainability in the healthcare sector. This research provides a thorough framework for sustainable healthcare, offering insights for further research and policy development. The healthcare sector faces significant challenges, including rising costs, increasing demand, and the need for sustainability.
