Leadership management is a science that teaches how to carry out leadership by using all available resources and prioritizing concepts and rules from management science. Effective leadership is essential for an organization to adapt to rapid changes in the globalized era and to achieve its goals. A strong leader must possess good leadership character and principles to effectively manage the organization and achieve its objectives. Leadership is crucial for an organization as it influences the success or failure of the organization. A good leader must be loyal, inspiring, good at communication, capable of making timely decisions, creative and innovative, responsible, confident, optimistic, emotionally intelligent, transparent, and treat others with respect. These characteristics are essential for a leader to effectively manage the organization and achieve its goals. The ideal leadership character includes selflessness, honesty, respect for people, empathy, and a pursuit of excellence. These qualities help build a positive leadership climate in the organization, which enables the organization to effectively implement the management process (planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling) and achieve its goals. Organizations are groups of people working together to achieve common goals. They have a structure that includes formal and informal organizations. Formal organizations are structured and have clear roles and responsibilities, while informal organizations are based on personal relationships and shared interests. The principles of organization include clear objectives, division of labor, delegation of authority, scope of authority, level of control, unity of command and responsibility, and coordination. In conclusion, leadership is essential for an organization to achieve its goals. Effective leadership requires strong leadership character and the implementation of leadership principles. These characteristics, when cultivated among employees, create a leadership climate that enables the organization to effectively manage its operations and achieve its goals. This paper discusses the implementation of leadership management in achieving organizational goals.
