This study explores the effectiveness of integrating digital technology with project-based learning (PjBL) in improving English writing skills among nursing students. The research employed a quantitative approach, comparing the performance of experimental and control groups. The experimental group used the Storyboard That platform for project-based learning, while the control group used traditional writing methods. The results showed significant improvements in both knowledge and attitudes, with N-gain scores of 0.53 and 0.52, respectively. However, the initial trial results indicated medium to low effectiveness in enhancing English writing skills. The study highlights the potential of digital technology in enhancing writing skills and platform utilization, suggesting that integrating digital tools like Storyboard That into the curriculum can foster creativity and proficiency in English writing. The findings also emphasize the importance of refining and enhancing the integration of digital technology in English language education. The study concludes that PjBL combined with digital technology offers a promising approach to improve English writing skills and promote a dynamic learning environment. The research also addresses the participants' perceptions of using digital-based technology on the Storyboard That platform, revealing high agreement with its usability and effectiveness in learning English. The study recommends further research to explore the long-term impact of digital technology integration in English language learning and to identify the most effective strategies for integrating technology with project-based learning methods. The study acknowledges the limitations of the research, including the limited trials and focus on one technology platform, and suggests future research should expand the scope and compare the effectiveness of different technology platforms. Overall, the study contributes to the understanding of how digital technology integration with project-based learning can enhance students' English writing skills and promote a more engaging and effective learning experience. This study explores the effectiveness of integrating digital technology with project-based learning (PjBL) in improving English writing skills among nursing students.
