This study conducted a documentary review of research papers related to the impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) on literacy processes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The bibliometric analysis focused on publications in the Scopus database from 2020 to 2022, identifying 111 publications. The data was organized by year of publication, country of origin, area of knowledge, and type of publication. Spain was the country with the highest scientific production, with 11 publications. Social Sciences contributed the most to the bibliographic material, with 61 documents, and journal articles were the most common type of publication, accounting for 67% of the total scientific production. The study highlights the transformative role of ICT in education, expanding access to educational resources and fostering interactive and collaborative learning. However, it also emphasizes the need to address technological disparities and ensure equitable access to online educational opportunities. The findings underscore the importance of integrating educational technology tools to refine literacy skills in the digital world. This study conducted a documentary review of research papers related to the impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) on literacy processes during the COVID-19 pandemic.
