This study investigates the impact of self-efficacy and work discipline on employee performance at Panti Sasana Tresna Werdha RIA Pembangunan, an elderly care facility in Jakarta, Indonesia. Using a sample of 50 employees, the research employs various statistical techniques, including validity and reliability tests, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, as well as multiple linear regression, correlation analysis, F tests, and T-tests. The results indicate that both self-efficacy and work discipline have significant positive effects on employee performance. The multiple correlation analysis shows a strong positive relationship between these factors (correlation coefficient 0.844), with 71.3% of the variance in employee performance explained by self-efficacy and work discipline. The remaining 28.7% is attributed to other variables such as work motivation, compensation, work environment, and leadership. The study suggests that organizations should invest in comprehensive training and development programs to enhance self-efficacy and reinforce work discipline, thereby improving employee performance and overall organizational efficiency. This study investigates the impact of self-efficacy and work discipline on employee performance at Panti Sasana Tresna Werdha RIA Pembangunan, an elderly care facility in Jakarta, Indonesia.
