This paper studies the development status and path of rural tourism in Lilou Township, Bengbu City, under the guidance of the rural revitalization strategy. Lilou Township has made significant progress in rural tourism, which has become an important means to promote rural revitalization. Through literature research and case analysis, the paper analyzes the problems in the development of rural tourism in the region and proposes three effective solutions: "local government-led", "company-led + farmer-shared", and "family farm + travel". These paths aim to provide theoretical guidance for the development of rural tourism in Lilou Township. Lilou Township has abundant natural and cultural resources, and has made efforts to develop its tourism industry. It has promoted the upgrading of characteristic planting industry through the integration of resources and cultivation of characteristics, and has promoted the development of parks to stimulate the potential of characteristic industries. The township has also focused on pollution prevention and control, improved the rural living environment, and promoted the integration of science and technology agriculture, green agriculture, brand agriculture, and quality agriculture. In addition, the township has focused on cultural revitalization, strengthened the construction of village customs and rural morality, and promoted the formation of civilized rural customs, good family customs, and simple folk customs. The township has also made efforts to improve the governance of rural areas, and has carried out high-quality and efficient requisition and resettlement. It has also focused on improving the living standards of the people, and has developed and strengthened the village-level collective economy. The township has also accelerated the transformation of agriculture from quantitative growth to high-quality development, and has ensured the healthy development of animal husbandry. The paper also analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of rural tourism in Lilou Township, and proposes the three major paths of rural tourism to promote the development of rural revitalization. The paper suggests that the township should make full use of its internal favorable conditions and external development opportunities, and should actively connect with higher-level agriculture, cultural and tourism departments, and carry out festival publicity at a high frequency to continuously enhance the popularity of rural tourism in Lilou.
