This research explores the comparative study of library services in Bangladesh and Malaysia during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study aims to understand how libraries responded, provided services, adjusted working hours, and their role during this challenging period. A qualitative approach was used, involving interviews with three respondents to gather their opinions. Libraries adapted by revamping their websites, utilizing social media, and planning remote systems. Most libraries shifted to online services, including e-resources and virtual meetings, while physical closures were common. Library staff worked remotely, adapting to new routines. The study highlights the importance of libraries in supporting communities during the pandemic and the need for continued innovation in service delivery. Key findings include the increased use of digital services, the implementation of health protocols, and the challenges faced by library staff and users. The research concludes with recommendations for improving library services, emphasizing the need for enhanced ICT skills and continuous training for librarians. This research explores the comparative study of library services in Bangladesh and Malaysia during the Covid-19 pandemic.
