MetaboAnalyst 2.0 is an upgraded version of the original MetaboAnalyst web server, designed to facilitate metabolomic data processing and statistical analysis. The new version includes numerous enhancements and new features, such as data filtering, editing, and normalization procedures, multi-group data analysis, two-factor analysis, and time-series data analysis. It also introduces a quality-control module for data evaluation, a functional enrichment analysis module for identifying biologically meaningful patterns, and a metabolic pathway analysis module for pathway analysis and visualization for 15 different model organisms. The graphical presentation tools have been significantly improved, with all images generated using anti-aliasing and available in various resolutions, sizes, and formats. The server is now hosted on a more powerful server with multi-core CPUs to enhance performance and includes detailed FAQs and tutorials to support users. MetaboAnalyst 2.0 supports a wide range of data formats and can handle large datasets efficiently, making it a comprehensive tool for metabolomic data analysis.MetaboAnalyst 2.0 is an upgraded version of the original MetaboAnalyst web server, designed to facilitate metabolomic data processing and statistical analysis.
