MetaboAnalyst 3.0 is an updated version of the web server designed for comprehensive metabolomic data analysis, visualization, and interpretation. The new version addresses the growing computational demands and the increasing number of requests for translational and systems biology applications. Key improvements include a complete re-implementation using modern web technologies, enhancing performance, capacity, and user interactivity. New modules have been added, such as biomarker analysis based on receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves, sample size estimation and power analysis for metabolomics studies, and integrative pathway analysis for genes and metabolites. Popular features have been enhanced with improved graphical output, expanded compound libraries, and support for more diverse organisms. The redesign also includes improvements in exploratory statistical analysis, functional analysis, and advanced methods for translational studies, making MetaboAnalyst 3.0 a more robust and user-friendly tool for metabolomic research.MetaboAnalyst 3.0 is an updated version of the web server designed for comprehensive metabolomic data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
