This review explores the therapeutic potential of natural sources, specifically bee venom (BV), Ficus carica (FC), and Geranium essential oil (GEO), in treating various skin conditions. These three substances share common pharmacological actions, including anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties, making them promising alternatives to conventional treatments. The review highlights their potential in treating conditions such as atopic dermatitis, acne, psoriasis, wound healing, alopecia, wrinkles, and melanoma. BV, derived from bee venom, has been studied for its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and immunomodulatory effects. It has shown therapeutic potential in treating atopic dermatitis, acne, psoriasis, and wound healing. FC, a fruit with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, has been found effective in treating atopic dermatitis and acne. GEO, known for its antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory effects, has shown potential in treating dermatitis and acne. The review also discusses the safety and efficacy of these natural agents in treating skin conditions. It emphasizes the need for further research to explore their potential in clinical settings and to develop safe and effective formulations for skin care and treatment. The study concludes that BV, FC, and GEO could be valuable alternatives to conventional treatments, offering a safer and more effective approach to managing various skin conditions. This review explores the therapeutic potential of natural sources, specifically bee venom (BV), Ficus carica (FC), and Geranium essential oil (GEO), in treating various skin conditions.
