This scoping review examines the scientific evidence on nurses' well-being at work in a hospital setting. The study highlights the importance of well-being for occupational health, patient care quality, and identifying stress and satisfaction factors. Eight studies were included, emphasizing the assessment of well-being and manager interventions. Most studies indicate that nurses are generally satisfied with their work, with factors such as interaction with management, organizational culture, and commitment influencing this well-being. Nurse managers play a decisive role in promoting well-being through supportive environments and leadership. The review underscores the need for further research to understand and improve nurses' well-being, as it is crucial for maintaining a healthy and efficient work environment. Nurse managers are responsible for creating positive work environments, ensuring employee satisfaction, and reducing burnout. Effective leadership and organizational strategies are essential to enhance nurses' well-being, which in turn improves patient care and organizational outcomes. The study concludes that promoting well-being at work is vital for the health and performance of nurses in hospital settings. This scoping review examines the scientific evidence on nurses' well-being at work in a hospital setting.
