This research aims to optimize human resource planning (HRP) through the strategic integration of Advanced Management Information Systems (MIS). The study highlights the increasing importance of HRP in organizations facing market dynamics and innovation-driven competition. However, there is a gap in leveraging technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HRP. This research proposes a scalable method that utilizes cutting-edge technology in HR information management. Through detailed data analysis, the study seeks to provide insights into how advanced MIS can optimize HRP within organizations. The findings are expected to offer new perspectives on overall human resource management, emphasizing the need for an entrepreneurial spirit and a venture mindset in modern business practices. The research methodology involves a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis of organizations that have implemented advanced MIS in their HRP processes. The study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach to analyze the data. The results show that the integration of advanced MIS significantly improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and flexibility of HRP. Organizations that adopt advanced MIS exhibit better adaptation to changes in the business environment, leading to more accurate HR planning and improved employee satisfaction. The study concludes that MIS plays a pivotal role in transforming the paradigm of HRP to be more adaptive, responsive, and efficient. It recommends that organizations consider the benefits and challenges of adopting MIS, continuously monitor technological advancements, update employee skills, and ensure data security. The research also suggests further studies to explore the impact of MIS implementation in various sectors and organizations. The authors acknowledge the contributions of all parties involved and express gratitude for their support. The study is conducted without financial support and adheres to ethical standards. This research aims to optimize human resource planning (HRP) through the strategic integration of Advanced Management Information Systems (MIS).
