It uses systematically planned physical activities to improve various individual aspects, such as organic, neuromuscular, perceptual, cognitive, social, and emotional. The main focus of Physical Education is the development of physical fitness, movement skills, critical thinking skills, emotional stability, social skills, reasoning, and moral action through participation in physical activities. In the context of lifelong education, Physical Education plays an important role in providing opportunities for students to directly participate in various learning experiences through systematic physical activities. Providing this learning experience aims to foster a healthy and active lifestyle throughout life. Physical education is considered inseparable from the education system, because movement as a physical activity is the basis for humans to know the world and themselves. As time goes by, this approach also contributes to the habit of healthy lifestyles that encourage balanced growth and development.
