This study aims to determine the impact of mutation, motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees at the Karanganyar National Land Agency (BPN). The research is descriptive and quantitative, with the population consisting of BPN employees in Karanganyar. A sample of 118 respondents was used. The results indicate that the F-value (11.978) is greater than the critical F-value (2.68), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, suggesting that mutation, motivation, and work environment simultaneously and significantly affect the performance of BPN employees in Karanganyar. Among these variables, mutation and work environment do not have a significant partial effect on employee performance, while motivation does have a significant partial effect.
The study found that:
1. Mutation does not have a significant partial effect on employee performance.
2. Motivation has a significant partial effect on employee performance.
3. Work environment does not have a significant partial effect on employee performance.
4. Mutation, motivation, and work environment have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance.
The research supports previous studies that suggest mutation and work environment do not significantly affect employee performance, while motivation does. The findings align with theories and previous research indicating that factors such as ability, knowledge, motivation, and work environment significantly influence employee performance. The study recommends further research to include additional variables like job rotation, workload, and discipline. This study aims to determine the impact of mutation, motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees at the Karanganyar National Land Agency (BPN).
