Pengaruh Mutasi Motivasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Karanganyar

This study aims to determine the effect of mutation, motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Karangiyar National Land Agency (BPN). The research is descriptive using quantitative methods. The population is the employees of the Karangiyar National Land Agency (BPN), with a sample of 118 respondents. The results show that Fcalculated (11.978) is greater than Ftable (2.68), with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that mutation, motivation, and work environment simultaneously and significantly affect the performance of BPN Karangiyar employees. Among the three variables, mutation and work environment do not significantly affect employee performance, while motivation does. The study also found that the R-squared value is 0.24, indicating that 24% of the variance in employee performance is explained by the three variables, with the remaining 76% influenced by other factors not studied. The study concludes that mutation does not significantly affect employee performance, motivation does, and work environment does not. The three variables together significantly affect employee performance.
