Integrating physical activity into the school routine, especially in primary education, is crucial for establishing healthy behaviors that persist into later life. School medical services can organize health education sessions focused on preventive measures, emphasizing the motor domain as a key instrument for fostering appropriate lifestyles, enhancing cognitive growth, and addressing psycho-emotional and socio-relational aspects. The school environment can significantly promote physical activity throughout the day by incorporating movement into teaching activities and integrating active breaks into class hours. This study examines the relationship between the school environment, health, and preventive health promotion, highlighting the need for further research to align with future changes.
