This paper discusses the proper use of qualitative research methodology to improve the skills of readers. Over the past few decades, qualitative research has been increasingly used in many institutions to explore various aspects of human behavior for organizational development. The purpose of this study is to provide inspiration for new researchers in developing their qualitative articles. The paper analyzes the design of qualitative research and offers methodological suggestions to make it understandable to readers.
