This study aims to describe the effective strategies teachers use in classroom management to enhance student motivation. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research focused on a single teacher from Class III A at SD Negeri No. 85/VII Semaran. Data were collected through observations and interviews with the teacher and analyzed using classification, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results indicate that effective classroom management strategies, such as optimizing classroom management, fostering a desire to succeed, encouraging learning needs, setting future aspirations, providing rewards, engaging in interesting activities, and creating a conducive learning environment, significantly contribute to increasing student motivation.
