This study explores effective teacher strategies in classroom management to enhance student learning motivation. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research focuses on a third-grade teacher at SD Negeri No. 85/VII Semaran. Data were collected through observation and interviews, and analyzed using data classification, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that effective classroom management strategies include optimizing classroom environment, fostering a desire to succeed, encouraging learning, creating future aspirations, rewarding learning, engaging activities, and maintaining a conducive learning atmosphere. The study concludes that effective classroom management strategies can significantly increase student learning motivation.
Key factors contributing to student motivation include the teacher's ability to create a positive classroom environment, encourage student participation, and provide meaningful learning experiences. The study highlights the importance of teacher's role in fostering a supportive and motivating learning environment.
