SYSTEMATIC LITERATUR REVIEW DENGAN METODE PRISMA: DAMPAK TEKNOLOGI BLOCKCHAIN TERHADAP PERIKLANAN DIGITAL

This systematic literature review investigates the role of blockchain technology in the development of digital advertising. It aims to answer two key questions: what methods are used to analyze how blockchain technology influences digital advertising, and what role does blockchain play in the development of digital advertising across other industries. Blockchain plays a significant role in digital marketing because the digital advertising industry has historically relied on third parties. Blockchain can eliminate intermediaries between two parties, helping brands and customers. One approach to literature study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This research uses a Systematic Literature Review with the Prism Method, aided by UAKE, VOS viewer, and the Mendeley Watase Application. The research is limited to searching for Scopus journal articles Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 published between 2018 and 2022. Based on 26 articles reviewed through a systematic literature review process, only ten articles met the criteria and were used as references in this research. The data analysis methods widely used include design or system planning (5 articles), qualitative methods (2 articles), quantitative methods (1 article), and exploratory factors (1 article). The research results show that blockchain technology plays a significant role in the development of digital advertising, which is widely applied in e-commerce, telecommunications, automotive, agricultural, entertainment (film) industries, and even for fraud detection and crime prevention in online advertising.
