This research presents a significant step forward in enhancing efficiency and transparency in supply chain management by introducing an innovative solution based on blockchain technology. Traditional supply chain management often faces challenges of complex coordination and information distortion, leading to transaction errors and process ambiguities. To address these issues, the study proposes a new approach by implementing a blockchain-based architecture, which offers advantages in decentralization and information distribution. The aim of this research is to test the effectiveness of this solution in improving transparency and overall supply chain performance. The research method involves the development and implementation of an integrated blockchain system within existing supply chains, followed by testing and evaluating the performance of this solution. The results show a significant decrease in transaction errors and an increase in real-time transparency levels, providing concrete evidence of the success of this innovative solution. By implementing blockchain technology, the study has successfully transformed the paradigm of supply chain management and demonstrated its added value in addressing existing challenges. However, the research acknowledges limitations, particularly in generalizing results to broader supply chain sectors. Therefore, this research serves as a starting point for further research and the development of more holistic solutions to enhance efficiency and transparency in the global supply chain.
