This research represents a significant step forward in enhancing efficiency and transparency in supply chain management by introducing blockchain technology. Traditional supply chain management often faces challenges such as complex coordination and distorted information, leading to transaction errors and process ambiguities. To address these issues, the authors propose a new approach by implementing a blockchain-based architecture, which promises advantages in decentralization and information distribution. The aim is to test the effectiveness of this solution in improving transparency and overall supply chain performance. The research involves developing and integrating a blockchain system into existing supply chains, followed by testing and evaluating its performance. The results show a significant decrease in transaction errors and an increase in real-time transparency levels, providing concrete evidence of the success of this innovative solution. By implementing blockchain technology, the authors have successfully transformed the paradigm of supply chain management and demonstrated its value in addressing existing challenges. However, the research acknowledges limitations, particularly in generalizing results to broader supply chain sectors.
