This review paper explores the integration of sustainability and ethics in modern supply chain management (SCM), emphasizing the need for organizations to align their operations with environmental and social responsibilities. The paper employs a systematic literature review, analyzing over 150 peer-reviewed articles and industry reports to assess the evolution of sustainability and ethics within supply chains. Key findings indicate that successful integration hinges on organizational commitment, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder involvement. Transparency, traceability, and collaboration are identified as pivotal elements driving ethical and sustainable practices. The paper also discusses the role of technological advancements such as blockchain and AI in enhancing these practices.
