This research investigates the integration of technology in tourism management to enhance the visitor experience. The study aims to identify gaps in knowledge about technology implementation and evaluate its effectiveness. Using literature analysis, case studies, and surveys, the research collects data on technology use in tourism. The findings suggest that mobile applications and online ordering systems significantly improve visitor satisfaction. Factors such as ease of use, internet availability, and data security trust are key drivers of technology adoption. Despite challenges like high implementation costs and training needs, the research highlights the potential for technology to increase destination competitiveness and sustainability.
