The Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga's Master's Thesis in Administration, titled "Model of Tourism Associativity Type Cluster for the Municipality of Yopal, Casanare," was supervised by Ricardo Varela Villalba. The research aimed to design a tourism associativity model based on a cluster for Yopal, considering the local context and the need for collaboration among stakeholders. The study analyzed the tourism system in Yopal, including the community, tourism offerings, demand, infrastructure, and superstructure. It also assessed the current level of tourism associativity in the area and proposed a cluster management model to enhance competitiveness and sustainability. The research was approved by the evaluation committee, highlighting the importance of collaboration between the public, private, and academic sectors to promote tourism development in Yopal. The study emphasized the need for a structured approach to tourism development, aligning with regional strategies and leveraging local resources to create a competitive and sustainable tourism destination. The findings suggest that a cluster-based model could strengthen the local tourism sector by fostering cooperation, innovation, and shared goals among stakeholders.
