Transformational leadership influence on organizational performance through organizational learning and innovation

This study examines the influence of transformational leadership on organizational performance through the mediating roles of organizational learning and innovation. The research is based on a sample of 168 Spanish firms from the automotive and chemical sectors. The findings confirm that transformational leadership positively influences organizational performance, both directly and indirectly through organizational learning and innovation. Organizational learning also positively influences organizational performance, both directly and indirectly through innovation. Additionally, organizational innovation positively influences organizational performance. The study highlights the importance of transformational leadership in fostering organizational learning and innovation, which in turn enhance organizational performance.
