Wekemo Bioincloud is a user-friendly platform designed for the analysis of meta-omics data, including metagenomics, metatranscriptomics, metaproteomics, metaviromics, metabolomics, and physicochemical data. The platform offers 22 workflows and 65 visualization tools, enabling users to perform comprehensive data analysis with ease. It supports online modification of vector outputs and provides a registration-independent personalized dashboard system for privacy and traceability. The platform is freely accessible at https://www.bioincloud.tech/ and is designed to address the challenges of tool selection for users dealing with expanding datasets. It includes features such as automated preprocessing, data visualization, and statistical analysis, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications. The platform has been cited in 140 distinct publications, with 42.14% using the workflows module and 57.86% using the tools module. It supports various data analysis techniques, including correlation tests, OPLS-DA, PCoA, and LEfSe analysis, and provides a range of tools for visualizing and analyzing meta-omics data.
